We place the highest value on the integrity of our marketing efforts. We are committed to protecting your privacy, gathering your personal information ONLY for our own demographical and internal use in the course of normal business operations.
Your personal information which we gather through our website is kept strictly confidential, and will never be sold, traded or distributed by us to anyone outside L&M Support Ltd. for any reason without your express permission. The only exception to this is for Seat of the Soul events where L&M Support Ltd. has agreed to share registration information only (name, address, email, and telephone number) of our attendees with the Seat of the Soul Institute.
Your online event registrations through the L&M Support Ltd. website are stored on CanadaCart's proven and established server, secured by the reputable online security company Thawte. Your credit card information is stored in a secure manner, then processed manually by us. Once your order is processed and completed, your credit card information is immediately deleted from our database for your added protection and security.
Just as we refuse to give out your personal information to anyone outside of those parties listed in our confidentiality section above, we also do not buy, harvest from others' emails, trade for, or otherwise acquire lists of email addresses for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or spam. We encourage you to check out Spamcop.net for more information about spam and how to prevent it.
Cookies are used on our site for verification purposes so that automated scripts will run, and are discarded immediately after use. Your personal information is not collected during this process.
Any refund requests must be received in writing no later than 30 calendar days before any of our events at L&M Support Ltd's mailing address. We will refund registration fees minus a 10% administration fee up to 30 calendar days before any of our events. Request received within 30 calendar days of any of our events will not be refunded.

Liability: I understand that I am applying for instruction in an activity which may involve physical, emotional, and psychological activity and that in case of such an undertaking there is always a risk involved. I understand that in a group setting the instructor cannot always monitor my physical, emotional, and psychological limits, and that I am therefore responsible for assessing the risk any activity poses to me, and choosing a safe course of action for myself.
I agree to assume the risk and responsibility for any injuries or damages suffered by me arising out of my participation in this workshop.
Use of Likeness and Photography: Please be aware that while you are attending an L&M Support Ltd. event, L&M Support Ltd. will be taking photographs of participants. Some of these photographs will be used by L&M Support Ltd. for promotional or informational purposes in its brochures, web site and other products. By attending an L&M Support Ltd. event, you agree that L&M Support Ltd. may take photographs that include your image and that such photographs may be used by L&M Support Ltd. for promotional and informational purposes.
When you visit L&M Support Ltd. or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Should you wish to stop receiving our email communications, please don't get angry - we want to prevent spam as much as you do.
